Chef Limda was born in 1998 in the beautiful city of Chechnya. She always loved cooking and spent her childhood creating unique flavors for her family. Making her loved ones happy with her dishes brought her immense joy. Every compliment from guests who admired her delightful creations gave her motivation and confidence — planting the first seeds of the path she walks today.

Limda realized the emotional power of sweetness and coffee when she prepared her first homemade syrup for a latte.

Holding a red diploma from a prestigious finance university, Chef Limda continued her passion by attending various culinary courses and eventually graduating from culinary school. She trained with many chefs, frequently visiting professional kitchens and workshops, until she finally decided to move to Istanbul.
